SKIN.

The first assignment I was given on the first day of class was to start making patterns.  I was not frightened by the word pattern, but rather somewhat intimidated by the fact that I would be using a ruler to read the lines on it.  Four patterns later, I am ruler friendly and have enjoyed the process of creating the “skin” of what our garments shell out of.  It does not even feel like a task, I am enjoying this process.

Now pardon the excessive photographs, but visuals are much nicer than the explanation of the entire process.
